At Flooring Revolution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flooring isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return unopened and undamaged boxes within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the total number of unopened boxes you wish to return to receive an authorization form.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Ensure all planks or tiles are in their original manufacturer packaging and securely stacked on a pallet or in reinforced boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Schedule a pickup with your preferred carrier or use our discounted freight partners to ship the materials back to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned inventory for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
