Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples! You can order up to three swatches for a small fee, which is fully refundable once you place your full flooring order.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the length and width of your room to get the square footage, then add a 10% 'wastage factor' to account for cuts and corners. Our product pages include a calculator to help you simplify this process.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for large orders?
Standard palletized shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Can I return unopened boxes of flooring?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.
